We shall not be liable to you or to any third-party for any modification, price change, suspension or discontinuance of the Service. We may, in the future, offer new services and/or features through the Service (including, the release of new tools and resources). We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time, as permitted by applicable law.
